Locum Veterinary Surgeon – Swansea
A short-term locum opportunity is available in Swansea for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon. This role offers sole charge work across consultations and surgery, with on-site accommodation available if required.

– Start Date: 18 August 2026
– End Date: 20 August 2026
– Working Pattern: Tuesday 18th August, Wednesday 19th August and Thursday 20th August.
– Hours: 8:30am – 6pm
– Duties: Consultations and Surgery
– Sole Charge: Yes
– Accommodation: On site if needed
About the Role
This locum position will suit a Veterinary Surgeon who is comfortable working independently and managing both consultations and surgical cases in a Small Animal setting. The role is based in Swansea and covers three consecutive days in August.
You will be expected to consult and operate while working sole charge. This is a straightforward short-term opportunity for a candidate who is confident, flexible, and happy to take responsibility for day-to-day clinical work during the booking.
